Our breads are handmade, naturally leavened, old world style loaves. Baked on site daily with an ever changing menu. We only use the best flours and seasonal ingredients using a long fermentation process to bring out the maximum flavor and nutrition out of the grain. We mix everything by hand the way it’s been done for hundreds of years.
Bread deliveries are on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoons. We have a 12pm cut off time for orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This is to allow proper dough preparation so we can bake them fresh the morning of your delivery.
We are currently only doing a limited number of loaves a day so get your orders in early because they will go quick!
