Arguably the king of all noodles, spaghetti, is the widest known and most popular pasta in the world. This incredibly versatile noodle can go with just about anything. They go wonderfully with a wide variety of seafood like lighter fish, shellfish and calamari. Cured meats like crisp, fatty bacon, salumi, guancuale or pancetta. This noodle is also fantastic simply with butter, olive oil, or some good rich and salty cheese like Pecorino Romano or Parmigiano-Reggiano.
