Light, and creamy, this delicately flavored fresh cheese is made in house from local FL cows milk. Add it to lasagna, stuffed shells, ravioli filling, or in manicotti. Add generously as a topping on pizza, pasta, or soup to bring a nice accent of creamy freshness to the dish. Add as a substitute for cream cheese on toast or bagels or turn it into a dip or spread with herbs and seasonings. Last, but not least, it makes a wonderful desert by adding honey and fresh seasonal fruit or stuff it into shells for homemade cannoli filling!
