Terrence Aloysious Daley has spent his career working in fine dining restaurants, high end catering companies and as a Personal Chef on Yachts and in private homes. A Culinary Institute Of America graduate, he has worked in some of the best restaurants over the years in cities like Washington D.C, New York, Miami and Charleston. Now faced with the difficulties of COVID-19, Terrence and his wife Laura moved from Charleston, SC to Titusville, FL to be closer to family. Terrence has always had a love for fresh noodles that started with his mother making him incredible and eclectic meals since he was a child. During his career he has made dozens of different styles, shapes, and sizes of noodles, baked goods and food items for friends, family and clients. Finally, after enough encouragement he wanted to bring them to you!
